These Terms govern the relationship between YAM Markets ("YAM", "we", "us") and any user ("you") of our platform, mobile applications and related services. They apply to buyers, sellers and visitors alike. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

To transact on YAM you must be a business or authorized representative able to enter binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep them current.

• You are responsible for activity under your account and credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
• We may suspend accounts that provide false or incomplete information.

YAM operates as a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers and provides supporting services such as escrow, logistics coordination and verification. Unless stated otherwise, YAM is not the seller of record for listed goods and contracts are formed between buyer and seller.

Buyers agree to review listings, certifications and quotes before ordering, to provide accurate delivery information, and to settle payments through approved methods within the platform.

Sellers agree to list accurate product information, honor confirmed orders and pricing, maintain required certifications, and ship in line with agreed terms, quality and timelines.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, including origin, grade, quantity and price. YAM may review, edit or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

An order is confirmed when accepted by the seller and payment is authorized. Order details, including quantity, price and delivery terms, are recorded at checkout and form part of the contract between the parties.

Eligible orders are settled through escrow. Funds are held by our payment partner and released to the seller upon delivery confirmation or completion of agreed milestones. Fees, taxes and currency terms are shown before you confirm.

Delivery timelines, freight terms and cold-chain handling are agreed per order. Risk and title transfer in accordance with the stated incoterms. Tracking is provided where available.

Buyers may leave reviews reflecting genuine transaction experiences. Feedback must be lawful and non-abusive. We may remove content that is fraudulent, defamatory or violates our guidelines.

If an issue arises, you should raise a dispute before confirming delivery. YAM may mediate using order evidence and escrow controls. Cancellation rights depend on order status and seller policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YAM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from marketplace transactions. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
